Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME
Every NESTUARY candle is hand poured in small batches in Los Angeles. In-stock orders ship within 7 business days. If a candle is part of an upcoming batch, the product page will say so, and your order ships as soon as that batch is ready.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free on US orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.

DELIVERY TIME
Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 7 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

WARM WEATHER
Candles are wax, and wax doesn't love a hot truck. During heat waves we may hold an order for a day or two so it arrives in one piece. We'll let you know if yours is affected.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking says your order was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to find it. Once a package is marked delivered we can't always replace it, but we'll do what we can.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, we can't change where it goes.
